I am a well-dressed, classy lady looking for a nice, distinguished gentleman. I am a multifaceted woman--can dress in designer clothes and go to a lovely restuarant for dinner or brunch and enjoy good cuisine, or I am comfortable in jeans, a blazer and nice shoes and be casual. I enjoy the symphony and all types of music. I am also a sports buff--enjoy watching golf, basketball, baseball, tennis, football and soccer. I also am a news junkie. I love to read non-fiction. I am a gourmet cook and grow my own herbs. I enjoy entertaining. I have owned and bred a string of fine show horses. I am from North Scottsdale where I lived with my now deceased husband. We built a main home in Wickenburg in 2001. Was with him for 13 years. He retired to North Scottsdale from Frankfurt, Germany where he was an internatioal Chairman and CEO of the German offices of a company headquartered in New York. He was also a third generation German cellarmaster and we held wine tastings and entertained friends and collegues from around the world. I have traveled extensively throughout Europe as well as Hawaii, Jamaica, Mexico and the U. S. Have also been a collector of fine Southwestern, Native American and Navajo art and textiles (rugs). I am also an accomplished gardener. I am a very social person, kind, loving--but--cautious and selective. I am a very good communicator and communication skills are very important to me. I have one child, a daughter, age 36, who is a high school English teacher. Have one grandchild, my grandson, age 7. I would love to meet the right gentleman--a great companion, with whom to build a quality relationship. I wish to find a life companion.
